Does Anybody Here Know Japanese?

I live in Karachi, Pakistan and recently bought a grey import JDM Nissan Wingroad (think of it as a Versa wagon). Problem is, the car's CARWINGS infotainment system is all in Japanese. I was wondering if anyone could help me navigate the menus and see if there is an english option somewhere. I'll start with the main button layout. Tedious, but any help would be appreciated.

I found this picture which has pictograms along with the Japanese symbols which seem to match yours so that might help you figure things out.

Also, from a quick google search I found somebody else with a similar problem, and one response was

"Does it have this anywhere? if so, click it. This means English, so hopefully, it will switch it to English for you."

So maybe that helps.

Also, apparently

means "Settings"

means "Languages"

is "English"

I just went relatively deep on Google and found a few people who said that you just need a new unit.

I'm fairly certain that it's the bottom left button. From a quick google search, means "Settings"

Do you have a smartphone? If so you can use the Google Translate app. Start up the app, click the photograph option and snap a picture of the text you want to translate.

already tried that. not much help. it fails to recognise half the symbols and muddles up the meaning of those it does
